- For view homes, schedule the shoot for when light falls on the view side, and consider real twilight for the city lights.
- Steep streets and narrow lots affect exterior angles. Drone gives a clean front elevation where the street does not.

Travel is free up to a 30 minute drive from our Bellevue base. If the drive is longer than that one way, travel is $1 per mile for the whole round trip, and we tell you the figure before you book. Parts of Seattle sit inside controlled airspace around Sea-Tac and Boeing Field. Drone flights there need FAA authorization before the shoot, and a few addresses cannot be flown at all. We check your address when you book.
