Ballard real estate video and photos.
Ballard, in northwest Seattle, has a wide spread of housing: early 20th century bungalows, mid-century ramblers, and newer townhomes and condos near Market Street.
Planning a Ballard shoot
- Townhomes often run over three or four floors. A walk-through video helps buyers understand the layout, and a 2D floor plan does the rest.
- Mid-century ramblers photograph well wide. Basements and garages count toward the story, so list what should be shot.
- Northwest Seattle is further from our Bellevue base, so a travel fee may apply. We quote it before you book.
Packages run $500 to $3,600 by home size, and HDR photos come in every package. See video packages or photos and 3D tours.
Travel is free up to a 30 minute drive from our Bellevue base. If the drive is longer than that one way, travel is $1 per mile for the whole round trip, and we tell you the figure before you book. Parts of Seattle sit inside controlled airspace around Sea-Tac and Boeing Field. Drone flights there need FAA authorization before the shoot, and a few addresses cannot be flown at all. We check your address when you book.
