What do the listing video packages include?
Highlight, Cinematic, Premiere and Luxury all combine video, HDR photos and drone, and run $599 to $3,600 by home size. Video on its own is $499 for a 60 second highlight, $650 for a tour up to 2 minutes, and $999 for a luxury film. Washington sales tax is added at invoice.
What does real estate photography include?
HDR interior and exterior photos run $250 to $550 by home size. The 3D Matterport package, with photos, a Matterport tour, a floor plan and blue-sky replacement, runs $500 to $750.
How fast do the photos and video arrive?
HDR photos by 10am the next morning. Matterport tours live within 12 hours. The edited listing video is delivered when your package is complete. The schedule is built around Thursday list dates.
Is drone included?
Drone photos and video are included in the Highlight, Cinematic, Premiere and Luxury packages. On other bookings, drone photos (3 to 6 shots) are a $125 add-on. Parts of Seattle sit inside controlled airspace around Sea-Tac and Boeing Field. Drone flights there need FAA authorization before the shoot, and a few addresses cannot be flown at all. We check your address when you book.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is free up to a 30 minute drive from our Bellevue base. If the drive is longer than that one way, travel is $1 per mile for the whole round trip, and we tell you the figure before you book.
Do you do twilight photos?
Yes. Virtual twilight is $30 per image. A real twilight session in person at dusk is $250, and a short twilight video clip is $200.
